Synopsis of Work The Portland District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) intends to issue a commercial solicitation for the purchase and installation of three (3) heavy-duty rolling service doors and electric operators at the Bonneville Lock and Dam project. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, and supervision necessary to furnish, deliver, and install the replacement rolling service doors. The project also requires the complete removal, haul-away, and disposal of the existing, malfunctioning doors. 2. Vendors must submit technical capacities via email. Oral, hand-carried, or facsimile (fax) offers will not be accepted. Submission Requirements To be considered for award, the offeror's quote package must include: Administrative Credentials: Unique Entity ID (UEI) Number, CAGE Code, Contractor Name & Physical Address, Point of Contact Name, Title, Phone Number, & Email Address. Proof of Installer Experience: Documentation/certificates proving the specific door installer has successfully completed at least five (5) installations on doors larger than 12' x 12'. 3.
