The United States Secret Service intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Idemia Identity & Security USA LLC, 14 Crosby Drive, 2nd Floor, Bedford, MA 01730 for preventive maintenance for proprietary equipment. This notice is neither a request for quotations nor a solicitation of offers. Based on this requirement, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 12.102(a). Only written e-mailed (michael.velez@usss.dhs.gov and matthew.sutton@usss.dhs.gov) inquiries will be responded to and must be received no later than 3:00 pm, Eastern Time, July 3, 2026. The Government will not be responsible for any costs in the preparation of responses to this announcement.
