Respondents will not be notified of the results of the Government's review. 1.0 Introduction The National Guard Bureau's Operational Contracting Division Contracting Office (NGB-AQ-C), 111 South George Mason Drive, Arlington, VA 22204, is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as market research to identify interested parties capable of producing and delivering National Guard Bureau presentation seal plaques. BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES (IN FULL OR IN PART) OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. Multiple awards may be made. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. 2.0 Scope The draft Purchase Description and artwork/specifications are included as attachments to this posting on SAM.gov. The estimated period of performance is a single firm-fixed-price order with delivery required in September/October 2026. 3.0 Response Requirements Contractors that possess the skills, resources, and capabilities necessary to manufacture and deliver the plaques are invited to submit an executive summary (maximum 10 pages, 8.5" × 11", 12-point font). Responses must include: Company name and address (Corporate/Principal Office), and primary point of contact (name, telephone number, e-mail address). UEI and CAGE code. SBA small-business program status and entrance/exit dates (if applicable). Any relevant GWAC or GSA Schedule contract number (if applicable). Confirmation that NAICS 339999 (All Other Miscellaneous Manufacturing), size standard 500 employees, is appropriate, or recommendation of a more suitable NAICS code.
