The Government has determined that the solicitation does not accurately reflect the agency's current acquisition strategy and minimum needs, as the requirement for RFID labels is functionally interdependent with existing services and should be consolidated into a single requirement. Cancellation is in the best interest of the Government to allow for a revised solicitation.
