MFR # SRCOOL5KWRM42U Offerors that submit alternative products must provide technical specs, sheets or any other literature. The Government reserves the right to reject offers that do not include the before mentioned. Place of Performance: 970 Petercheff Street, Terre Haute, IN 47803 Delivery Period: 120 Days After Notice of Award Solicitation Information The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose quotation represents the best value after evaluation in accordance with the factors and subfactors in the RFQ. All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Levi Schutter at levi.schutter@us.af.mil no later than 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on 21 July 2026. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price, delivery and technical acceptability. Solicitation closing date/time is firm; proposals received after the deadline may not be accepted. Your quote must contain enough technical information i.e. data sheet, drawing, specification, etc. for evaluation.
