Amendment 0001 The purpose of this amendment is to revise the SOW and provide answer to the following industry question. As a result, SOW Section 9 is revised: From: TBD in forthcoming amendment to this combined synopsis/solicitation notice. To: The Government has determined that this procurement is exempt from Accessibility Standards (36 C.F.R. Part 1194, Appendix A). All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Question 1: Is there any incumbent/recompete or this is a brand-new project? If yes, could you please provide us with their award number or even if the customer bought similar services in the past. Answer 1: Services were previously provided under Contract N6426721P6009; awarded 9/3/2021 to MIT. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to purchase on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) educational services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.
