All responsible sources are invited to submit a quote. a. IMPORTANT Notices for Offerors i. Governing Regulations: This solicitation is governed by the regulations effective February 1, 2026, under Class Deviation 2026-O0028 – Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12, and DFARS 212. ii. Business Classification: This acquisition is designated as a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 488190 Other Support Activities for Air Transportation, and the Product Service Code (PSC) is PSC J015 maintenance/repair/rebuild of equipment- aircraft and airframe structural components.
