AMENDMENT 0007 (August 6, 2026): The purpose of this amendment is to (1) Update the Statement of Work (SOW) for CLIN 00200; and (2) Reopen the Phase II Response period for CLIN 00200 only until August 10, 2026 at 9:00 AM ET. AMENDMENT 0006 (July 29, 2026): The purpose of this amendment is to (1) Formally update technical specifications in the Statement of Work (SOW) and Task Order Request for Proposals (TORFP) for CLIN 00200; and (2) Incorporate official Responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) 23-24, and clarify Periods of Performance and invoicing procedures for CLIN 00400 and CLIN 00500.
