Solicitation Amendment #1 The purpose of this amendment is to resolve a discrepancy in the original solicitation notice regarding the quotation submission deadline and to formally reopen the solicitation. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(c) and the streamlined, efficient procedures of FAR 13.003, the Government is amending the solicitation to clarify the submission requirements. Because this procurement is for mission-critical services required for immediate operational support, this solicitation is being reopened on an expedited basis in accordance with FAR 5.203(b) to ensure the Government's urgent operational requirement is met.
