AIR PMO Common Hardware and Sustainment Servicesview on SAM.gov

The Naval Air System Command (NAVAIR), Portfolio Acquisition Executive for Robotic and Autonomous Systems (PAE RAS) Aircraft Program Management Office (AIR PMO) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) RQ-21A and ScanEagle Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS), awarded a no cost bi-lateral modification P00012 to Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to Insitu Inc., 118 E. Columbia River Way, Bingen WA in accordance with FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services and FAR 52.217-9 Option to Extend the Term of the Contract. This Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract has Firm Fixed Price (FFP) orders to procure RQ-21A Blackjack and ScanEagle UAS hardware and services in support of PAE RAS AIR PMO international customers. This action was awarded on a sole source basis to Insitu, Inc. in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under Title 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Insitu is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer, and is the only available source known to possess the technical data, unique logistics support experience, sufficient knowledge and familiarity with the design and related specifications of the RQ-21A UAS and ScanEagle UAS. Insitu has the requisite knowledge, experience and capabilities to perform the required technical efforts.
