Z2DZ--Project Number 653-104, Seismic Retrofit of Building 13, Roseburg VAMC, Oregonview on SAM.gov

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Construction and Facilities Management, has awarded a Firm-Fixed-Price contract to Sky Tek LLC to construct the Seismic Retrofit and Renovate B13 warehouse project at the Roseburg VAMC campus in Oregon. The scope of work requires the contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and expertise required for the complete seismic retrofit of Building 13 Warehouse located on the campus of the Roseburg VA Medical Center (VAMC) in Roseburg, OR. This contract was competitively procured as a Total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) via SAM.gov under solicitation number 36C10F26R0083. The government received one (1) proposal in response to the solicitation. Evaluation was conducted using the Trade-Off source selection process. The period of performance is scheduled for 475 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
