The Science and Technology (S&T) Branch of the Cyber-Futures Capability Directorate (C-FCD) is responsible for industry and academic engagement to identify capabilities to support development of future Army Cyberspace Operations, EW, and Signal/communications networks and data services. This RFI seeks capabilities to inform future Army EW experimentation, which will directly inform outcomes from the "EW in Support of Army 2030-2040" Capabilities Based Assessment (CBA). Please be advised that the EW CBA is a controlled document with limited distribution; access can be requested from the Point of Contact (POC) listed below. To realize the Army's vision for dominance in the electromagnetic spectrum, Cyber-FCD-S&T is implementing a proactive strategy. This strategy relies on deep partnerships with industry and academia to identify solutions to meet capabilities needed to succeed in complex operating environments. DESCRIPTION. This RFI seeks responses to the questions below in the section titled Questions to Industry. The Cy-FCD-S&T Branch is in the process of formulating its experimentation plan for the 2027-2028 fiscal years. The identification of available capabilities within this timeframe is a critical component of this plan. Therefore, a thorough review and prioritization of the responses to the attached request for information is required.
