CONTRACT INFORMATION: SF 330s are due by Close of Business on 26 June 2026. Firms will be selected for negotiation based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for the required work. Three (3) indefinite delivery contracts will be negotiated and awarded as a result of this solicitation. These contracts will share the $36M capacity of the MATOC. Each contract will have a performance period of five (5) years from the date of contract award or exhaustion of the MATOC capacity of $36 million, whichever comes first. The work will be accomplished primarily on Contiguous United States (CONUS) military bases but may also include work at various military bases Outside CONUS locations. Work will be issued by negotiated firm fixed-price or labor-hour task orders. The cumulative total of Task Orders issued over the life of the MATOC shall not exceed $36.0 million. Allocation of Task Orders will be based on specialized experience, past performance, project schedules, and/or current workload. Work will be issued by negotiated firm-fixed price or labor-hour task orders. This announcement is open to all businesses regardless of size. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 541330 and the Small Business size standard is $16.5 million. Large Businesses that are selected for award must comply with FAR 52.219-9 regarding the requirement for a subcontracting plan for that part of the work it intends to subcontract and will be required to submit a detailed subcontracting plan. 2. PROJECT INFORMATION: The work under this contract shall consist of professional services for initial/routine/special/underwater/non-redundant steel tension member (NSTM) inspection, analysis, load rating, and design of highway, railroad and pedestrian bridges for military and civilian loads as well as inspection, analysis, load rating, and design of waterfront facilities/structures such as piers, cargo areas, wharfs, bulkheads, landships, docks, mooring dolphins, etc, for military and civilian loads. Work may be comprised of civil, structural, hydraulic, hydrologic, geotechnical, environmental, electrical, mechanical, surveying, mapping, CADD, and architectural design.
