Description
The U.S. Embassy Singapore intends to award a sole source purchase order to OSYS Concepts Pte Ltd, Singapore, for the supply, delivery, and installation of customized commercial office furniture for the U.S. Naval Medical Research Unit Indo Pacific (NAMRU IP), located at PSA Sembawang Terminal, Singapore. The requirement includes the supply, delivery, and installation of customized commercial office furniture, including conference room furniture, visitor seating, lounge furniture, executive office furnishings, storage cabinets, display cabinets, podiums, coffee tables, and related office furnishings. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, installation, and a minimum one-year warranty for parts servicing. Delivery and installation shall be completed within five (5) weeks after receipt of award. The estimated value of this acquisition is SGD 46,871.09, inclusive of 9% GST. Performance includes on-site delivery and installation in Singapore. Accordingly, interested sources shall be legally authorized to conduct business in Singapore and possess all licenses, registrations, permits, and approvals required under applicable Singapore laws and regulations to perform the required work. This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1), as the Contracting Officer has determined that only one source is reasonably available to satisfy the Government's requirement for an integrated office furniture solution that includes customized design, commercial-grade quality, consistent appearance, durability, fabrication, delivery, installation, warranty support, and completion within the required delivery schedule. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. However, any responsible source that believes it can satisfy the Government's requirements may submit sufficient information demonstrating its capability to provide an integrated office furniture solution that meets the Government's requirements for customized design, quality of materials and workmanship, durability, consistent appearance, functionality, fabrication, delivery, installation, warranty support, and completion within the required delivery schedule. Responses should include evidence of successfully performing projects of similar size, scope, and complexity, together with sufficient technical information to demonstrate the capability to satisfy the Government's requirements.
