Treatments will occur between July 13, 2026 and October 2, 2026 for the base period with four option years. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, herbicides, dyes, surfactants, supervision, transportation, supplies, and incidentals except those designated in the statement of work as government-furnished property.
