The work will include the complete replacement of round concrete pad and tow way pavement of the circular pad on the southeast side of the Vance aircraft parking apron. This pad is required for the testing of aircraft engines and has a specific steel anchor designed to anchor aircraft. Details for the replacement are found in the construction drawing and project specifications.
