Solicitation number FA301626Q0139 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Purchase of Destruction Cart for the Joint Electromagnetic Warfare Center (JWEC) at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA). The Governement shall solicit 100% Total Small business set aside under the assigned NAICS code. Description of Product: The purpose of this statement of need is for a self-contained mobile, and secure data destruction system. The primary objective is to acquire a comprehensive solution capable of completely sanitizingand physically destroying both magnetic (rotational) and solid-state hard drives in accordance with National Security Agency (NSA) standards for handling Top Secret data. This capability is critical for ensuring compliance with data security protocols and mitigating the risk of data spillage. The system must provide a complete, verifiable audit trail of the erasure and destruction process for accountability and reporting purposes.
