Notice of Intent - Rough River Lake Service Gate Vent and Floatwell Liningview on SAM.gov

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to Pelican Underground. This re­quirement is to repair failing main gate vent pipes using Pipecast Rigid Polymer Pipe Lining System at Rough River Lake. This is a written notice to inform the public of the Government's intent to award on a sole source basis pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 16.S0S(b)(2)(i)(G). This proposed contract action is a new requirement and will result in a firm fixed price purchase order. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested firms may submit information that indi­cates their ability to satisfy this require­ment. All responsible sources may submit a response which if timely received, will be considered by the Agency. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 238990 . Any capability statements, proposals, or quotations must be submitted to Kelly Duggins via email at Kelly.S.Duggins@usace.army.mil no later than 0800 Eastern Time (ET), 27 August 2026. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of deter­mining whether to conduct a competitive requirement.
