This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. This requirement will be funded utilizing 2026 Operations and Maintenance ��������� Army Reserve (OMAR) funds. The solicitation will result in a new Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract awarded to the lowest priced responsible, responsive offeror, whose approach meets the requirements of the solicitation. All proposals shall be submitted no later than 11:00AM EDT, 25 August 2026.The purpose of this amendment is provide an additional site visit on 19 August 2026 at 11:30PM EDT. All final questions in regards to the solicitation are due no later than 1:00PM EDT, 20 August 2026.
