Requirement Overview This is a requirement for Full Food Service operations support for the Dining Facility (DFAC) located at the Kansas Regional Training Institute (KSRTI) in Salina Kansas. KSRTI is owned by the State of Kansas. The DFAC provides meals for Subsistence-in-Kind (SIK) Soldiers and Non-SIK personnel. The role of this dining facility is providing quality meals to Soldiers and civilians conducting training activities, attending training courses, and operating in various locations overseen by the Kansas National Guard (KSNG). In addition to traditional cafeteria style food services this facility prepares meals for pick up (by requesting unit) that will be served in remote feeding sites.
