Description: VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System is seeking a contractor to rebuild the domestic water tanks filter piping at Building 200 of the VA Sepulveda Ambulatory Care Center. 1.c. The Greater Los Angeles VA Healthcare System, Sepulveda VA Medical Center requires piping replacement on two Culligan HD 483, 48 x 60x filters. The Culligan water filters in building 200 were installed to the factory s specifications. These specifications included avoiding using galvanized piping along with bronze and brass, and steel fittings without the required bimetallic protection. The system now leaks due to galvanic corrosion and needs to be rebuilt. . 2.3. Scope. The contractor shall provide required supplies, equipment, materials, labor, transportation, and personnel needed to complete the piping replacement on two Culligan HD 483, 48 x 60x filters located at the Sepulveda VA Medical Center. Contractor shall provide all required items for the requirements described in this statement of work. Contractor shall provide equipment, supplies, and perform work in strict accordance with the specifications, Statement of Work, schedule, and all other supporting documents required for this contract.
