Brown III; Email: William.t.brown68.civ@army.mil; Phone: 801-432-4273 1.0 DESCRIPTION: The Utah Army National Guard 19th Special Forces Group (Airborne) requires contractor support to execute a comprehensive, 3-day/2-night CORE Family Wellness Resiliency Event for 20–25 military families (70–80 total participants) with ONLY these event dates of either 10-12 September 2026 OR 11-13 September 2026 . In direct support of the Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) initiative, this event will utilize an immersive outdoor camping environment in UTAH ONLY (reasonable distance from SLC valley but no initial distance restriction) to deliver evidence-based resiliency training, fostering readiness across the Body, Mind, Spirit, and Family pillars. This requirement is being solicited as a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE under NAICS code 611699 – “All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction” which has a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 million (https://www.sba.gov/sites/default/files/files/Size_Standards_Table.pdf).
