The Government received a set of timely questions from an interested vendor that were not initially received due to technical email transmission issues. To ensure total transparency and a fair, competitive environment, the Government has answered these additional 14 questions and merged them into the official Q&A record. New Attachment: "Q&A Matrix - FINAL 2.0" is now uploaded, containing a total of 115 official Government responses Solicitation Status Unchanged: This is an administrative update only. It does not constitute a formal solicitation amendment. No Deadline Extension: The quotation submission deadline remains unchanged and is firmly set for 4:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on Tuesday, 18 August 2026 . DEADLINE EXTENSION The deadline for receipt of quotations is hereby extended. All final quotations are now due no later than 4:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on Tuesday, 18 August 2026 . 2.
