This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The 482d Fighter Wing at Homestead Air Reserve Base, FL, intends to award this requirement as a multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). A maximum of three (3) Firm-Fixed-Price BPAs will be established for Environmental Analytical and Regulatory Compliance Services. Contractors shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and tools necessary to provide quarterly, seasonal and on-call environmental analytical services for Homestead Air Reserve Base, Florida (as coordinated and designated through the Environmental Flight (CEV) of the Mission Support Group, Base Civil Engineering Section). Analytical services and collection methods shall be performed in accordance with applicable local, state, and Federal regulations.
