Firms shall be capable of providing all supervision, labor, transportation, tools, materials, supplies, vehicles, and equipment necessary to perform facility support for the following services at MARFORRES facilities located within the continental United States. The Government is seeking one contractor to manage the performance of these services at all sites within each region. The prime contractor shall have a background in facility investment (sustainment, restoration and modernization (SRM) services.
