A separate Request for Quotation (RFQ), Solicitation 36C24826Q1290, will be posted for this requirement. Although the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Boston Scientific Corporation, all responsible sources may submit a quotation and/or capability statement in response to the RFQ by the stated response deadline.
