The contractor will also be responsible for coordinating equipment placement with the Government, performing required equipment anchoring and setup, verifying operational readiness, removing packaging and installation debris, and providing applicable user manuals, warranty and maintenance documentation, and basic equipment operation/maintenance orientation to designated Government personnel. Equipment must meet applicable commercial quality and safety standards and include appropriate manufacturer warranties. The Government may also require preventive maintenance services for the installed equipment. Other capable firms are also invited to respond to this SSN. The Contracting Officer will consider responses for Buy Indian Act (25 U.S.C. 47) opportunities first, then for set aside programs under the Small Business Act (41 U.S.C. 3104).
