Provide seamless valet-style parking and shuttle transportation with continuous coverage during required hours. Performance Standards (Embedded): Operations available 100 percent of scheduled hours. No Veteran waits more than 5 minutes for parking assistance or shuttle boarding. Contractor staff greet all Veterans courteously upon approach.
