These buildings are required for shift changes, restroom accommodations, maintenance briefings, and supervisory administrative work for maintainers. They also serve as break areas between aircraft maintenance operations. These T-6 Flightline Shacks, Buildings 247, 628, 629, and 633, have become extremely dilapidated; HVAC is ineffective, the plumbing systems and associated fixtures are aged, the electrical systems require upgrades, and the interior finishes are extremely run down with peeling paint, aged doors, and damaged ceiling panels. Each of these T-6 Flightline Shacks requires repairs to improve the quality of life for maintainers.
