PSC: 2330 NAICS: 336212 SECTION I: OVERVIEW The 38th Rescue Squadron (38 RQS) requires a contracted company to manufacture a custom-built, enclosed bumper-pull trailer. This trailer will be utilized to support dive operations in remote, off-grid locations. The structural integrity and layout must be capable of carrying a minimum of 3,000 lbs of support equipment, withstanding water exposure, and accommodating extensive electrical demands.
