The primary day for public transportation is 12 September 2026. The successful contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform comprehensive event support as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The requirement is comprised of two main logistical efforts: Bus Transportation & Route Management: Provide ten (10) motorcoach buses to transport event attendees to/from designated parking locations. Eight (8) buses must have a minimum capacity of 50 passengers each, with at least five (5) being ADA-compliant . These will service the primary route from the Navy Exchange Parking Lot (Blue Lot) and 37 Vandenberg Blvd, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI, 96815.
