All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. **It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price purchase order shall be awarded on a sole source basis to TELEPHONICS CORP, (CAGE Code:64694) as a result of this solicitation for the following items: SCHEDULE OF SERVICES Line Item 1 Nomenclature: Receiver / Transmitter National Stock Number (NSN): 5836-01-HS1-9298 Part Number (P/N): 737-4000-001 Quantity: 1 Each *At the time of award , the USCG will place an order for the repair of One (1) each Receiver / Transmitter. In accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.217-6, the USCG may require up to fourteen (14) each, additional Receiver / Transmitters at the same price specified in the original purchase order. The Contracting Officer may exercise this option by written notice to the Contractor through one year after date of award (or other mutually agreed-upon date). Delivery terms for additional orders shall be the same as called for in the original purchase order unless the parties otherwise agree.
