Please see additional performance requirements below: Performance Requirements: Eight (8) portable toilets; Four (4) portable hand wash stations with trash bins; Cleaning three (3) times per week Restock toilet paper, soap, and hand towels once per week Period of Performance: September 14, 2026 to December 31, 2026 All equipment must be delivered and fully operational at Naval Base Guam, Romeo and Sierra Pier, by 0800 on the first day of the period of performance.
