The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Enclosed is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for providing services for Waterproofing Services and Replacement of Swimming Pool Tiles at ACSA in U S Embassy New Delhi. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section–L of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address provided below. The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit on July 8, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at U.S. Embassy, Gate # 'A', Nyaya Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi – 110021, India. Prospective offerors who desire to participate in the site visit should send their interest at kamathsp@state.gov no later than 11 a.m. July 6, 2026. All requests for clarification must be submitted in writing via E-mail at kamathsp@state.gov on or before 3 p.m. July 6, 2026. Responses shall be provided to all contractors who showed their interest in doing business with USG. No questions shall be answered, received after 3 p.m. July 09, 2026. Quotations are due by/before 02:00 p.m. (India Time) of July 30, 2026. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to Newdelhibids@state.gov with the subject line “Solicitation No. 191N6526Q0076 waterproofing services and replacement of swimming pool tiles at ACSA”. The file size must not exceed 10MB. If the file size exceeds 10MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 10MB each. No quotations shall be accepted received after 2 p.m. (India Time) of July 30, 2026. Quotations must be in English. Incomplete quotations will not be accepted. Quotation submitted to any other e-mail ID other than Newdelhibids@state.gov shall be rejected and dealt in accordance with FAR provision 52.215-1.
