Description
STATEMENT OF WORK The contractor shall furnish all necessary services, labor, travel, transportation, materials, shipping, parts, connections, and equipment. This includes the provision and on-site installation of at least 5 AMSCO 50 Series Reprocessing Sinks at 4801 Linwood Blvd, Kansas City MO 64128. These reprocessing sinks are required by the Sterile Processing Services (SPS) to facilitate the manual cleaning of sterilization-compatible reusable medical devices (RMD) in invasive procedures. Their use will support a range of medical procedures and surgeries, including those in the operating room, dental services, procedural gastroenterology, procedural pulmonology and surgical clinics. The contractor bears the responsibility for the removal and disposal of all debris and packaging materials resulting from the reprocessing sinks installation. Prior to equipment utilization, the contractor is required to provide training to clinical staff, with all duty tours for the sterile processing department being documented. The scope of this contract comprises five AMSCO 50 Series Reprocessing Sinks. Associated services include complete installation components, execution of a post-installation check-out test, and implementation of any necessary adjustments. 2.
