This CSS is being issued as Full and Open Competition with HUBZone price evaluation preference (IAW FAR 19.307), to establish firm-fixed-price (FFP), time and materials (T&M) purchase order for preventative and corrective maintenance of weigh scales at DLA Distribution Susquehanna Pennsylvania (DDSP). Any resulting award will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449.
