This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for conducting market research and does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP), Invitation for Bids (IFB), Request for Quotations (RFQ), and does not obligate the Government to any current or future commitments. 2. Scope of Work (Draft) The anticipated requirement is for a commercial services contract to provide centralized management and operational support for the DoWEA Pacific Region Esports Program serving Department of War (DoW) schools throughout the Pacific.
