Please be advised that the formatting instructions outlined in the "Addendum to 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors," under the "Format" paragraph, apply to the narrative portions of Volume I (Program Management) and Volume III (Experience) only. These specific formatting requirements do not apply to Volume II (Price), Volume IV (Mandatory Documentation), which do not have prescribed formatting rules beyond those specified for their particular templates or forms. Incumbent Personnel Roster (Social Clause / Cambio Appalto Data): In fulfillment of the Government's response to Question 15 of the Q&A Register (issued under Amendment 0001), this amendment provides the anonymized incumbent personnel roster. This data is provided to assist offerors in preparing pricing proposals that are compliant with host-nation labor laws. 2. The updated Q&A Register (Amendment 0002) is hereby attached and incorporated into the solicitation. Attachment 2 - Price Workbook: Provide a revised Price Workbook to correct calculation formula errors identified on the "Totals" worksheet.
