NSWCCD intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) order, using FAR RFO Part 12 procedures, on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis.Please note that the due date for questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via email to James Valiga at james.m.valiga.civ@us.navy.mil, by 12:00PM EST 10 July 2026. For pricing on SubCLIN 0001AA, vendors shall provide a price for one Full Time Equivalent (FTE), which equals 2,080 hours. Pricing for SubCLIN 0001AB shall be based on 300 overtime hours.
