The United States (U.S.) Government desires to procure a Job Order Contract (JOC) at Fort Leonard Wood , on a small business set-aside basis, provided 2 or more qualified small businesses respond to this sources sought synopsis with information sufficient to support a set-aside. Be advised that the U.S. Government will not be able to set aside this requirement if two (2) or more small businesses do not respond with information to support the set-aside. We encourage all small businesses, in all socioeconomic categories (including, 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantage Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned Small Business concerns), to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement at a fair market price. BACKGROUND: A continuing need is anticipated for a job order contract at Fort Leonard Wood. Attached you will find the draft Statement of Work (SOW). The Government currently contracts for these services under contract W911S723D0001. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and construction services as defined in this SOW. The NAICS code for the requirement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a corresponding size standard of $45 million. If your company believes a different NAICS code would better fit this requirement, please tell us your suggested NAICS and why it would better fit this requirement.
