AFP - Lease of Vacant, Undeveloped Land in Exploration Park at Kennedy Space Centerview on SAM.gov

This Announcement for Proposals (AFP) solicits proposals for the lease of land adjacent to Space Commerce Way (SCW) in Exploration Park at Kennedy Space Center, specifically SCW Parcel 3 and SCW Parcel 4 (the “Property”). The Property can be leased in whole or in part. The Property in Exhibit A-Graphical Descriptions, is located within the boundaries of KSC. SCW Parcel 3 is approximately 40 acres where access would stem off Space Commerce Way. The Property can accommodate multiple users performing concurrent, discrete activities. SCW Parcel 4 is approximately 130 acres where access could stem off State Road 3. The Property can accommodate multiple users performing concurrent, discrete activities. Upon grant of a leasehold, the Property will be available for lease in “as is”, “where is” condition with no warranties express or implied for a twenty-year (20-year) base term with two five-year (5-year) options. During the Question-and-Answer (Q&A) Period, proposers may request alternate base or renewal terms based on their business model for NASA's consideration if the NASA-proposed term is insufficient.
