Provide and serve Noon Meals, in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement, to the applicants processing through the San Juan MEPS located in Guaynabo Puerto Rico for Headquarters (HQ) United States Military Entrance Processing Command (USMEPCOM) for the period of 1 August 2026 through 31 July 2027 with two 12-month option years.
