When soliciting directly, the following conditions apply: A presolicitation notice must be posted in the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) per RFO FAR 5.101(a). Quotations must be solicited from a minimum of three sources [RFO 12.201-1(c)(2)(ii)]. Whenever practicable, solicitations should include at least two sources not previously contacted [RFO 12.201-1(c)(2)(iii)]. No formal solicitation document will be posted on SAM.gov.
