The Government intends to award a single-award Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide enterprise-wide Occupational Safety, Policy, Laboratory Quality, Industrial Hygiene, Information Systems, Training, and related support services across FDA headquarters and nationwide laboratory and field facilities. The IDIQ Performance Work Statement encompasses the following task areas: Program and Order Management Transition Services Occupational Safety, Policy, and Laboratory Quality Support Primary Barrier Equipment Maintenance and Certification Industrial Hygiene Support Services Information and Data Systems Support Training Development and Management The ordering period for the resulting IDIQ contract will be five (5) years from the date of award. Contract Type The Government intends to award one (1) IDIQ contract. Individual task orders may be issued as: Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Time-and-Materials (T&M) Labor-Hour (LH) Hybrid arrangements combining multiple pricing methodologies Contract Ceiling The maximum value of the IDIQ contract is: $14,500,000 , inclusive of all ordering periods and task orders.
