07/31/2026 - The period of performance was updated from 90 to 270 days after notice to proceed (NTP) _________________________________________________________________________ Presolicitation Notice W50S8G26BA003 - Invitation for Bids (IFB) Set-Aside for Small Businesses NAICS Code: 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors The New Mexico National Guard intends to issue an Invitation for Bids to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the removal and replacement of the existing chiller to include new piping, valves, electrical, and a complete flush and fill of the hydronic system at Building 1055, 2251 Air Guard Dr SE, Kirtland Air Force Base 87117. The contractor shall provide and install Carrier (Brand Name Only) chillers, Reliable (Brand Name Only) Controls for Building Management System and all necessary components to return the system to fully operational status. The contract duration will be 270 calendar days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list. This project is set aside 100% for total small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220, with a small business size standard of $19,000,000. Per RFO FAR 36.101-3(b), the budget parameters for this project is between $350,000 and $450,000. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on-or-about August 14, 2026. The tentative date for the pre-bid conference/ site visit is on-or-about August 20, 2026, at 11:00 AM Mountain Standard Time (MST) location to be provided in the solicitation. Interested contractors are encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation. A site visit will follow the pre-bid conference.
