The estimated period of performance (PoP) 01 October 2026 – 30 September 2027 with four (4) 12-month option periods ending 30 September 2031. Three (3) delivery locations: 1) 500 pounds to be delivered to ROBERTSON BLOOD CENTER, Bldg. 2250, 761st Tank Battalion Ave, Fort Hood, Texas 76544. 2) 500 pounds to be delivered to CARL R.
