This Amendment 0005 hereby deletes Attachment 1 - SOW_Amendment 0004 and replaces it with Attachment 1 - SOW_Amendment 0005 (Corrected). The solicitation inquiries due date of August 19, 2026, at 12:00 PM noon ET and the proposal submission due date of September 04, 2026, at 12:00 PM noon ET remain unchanged.
