To update the closing date to 17 AUG 2026. 2. To update the quantity from 2 units to 3 units. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. \ Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) definition: The contractual delivery requirementis measured from asset Return to the date of assetacceptance under the termsofthe contract. For purposes of this section, Return is defined as physicalreceipt of the F-condition assetat the contractor?s facility as reflected inthe Action Date entry in theCommercial Asset Visibility (CAV) system. Inaccordance with the CAVStatement of Work, the contractor is required toaccurately reportall transactions by the end of the fifth regular business daya afterreceipt and the Action Date entered in CAV must be dated to reflect theactual date of physical receipt. The Contractor must obtain final inspection and acceptance by the Governmentfor all assets within the RTATs established in the subsequent contract. Required RTAT: 32.5 days after receipt of asset Reconciliation: A reconciliation modification will be issued after final Inspection andacceptance of all assets inducted under the subsequent contract.The partieshave agreed to a price (shown on the schedule page) for each unit at thenegotiated RTAT. Such prices are based on the Contractormeeting the RTATrequirements described within the schedule page. If the contractor does notmeet the applicable RTAT requirement, consideration will be assessed andsubject to negotiation. ALL CONTRACTUAL DOCUMENTS (I.E.
