The purpose of this amendment is to change the small business socio-economic set-aside requirement, extend the due date for receipt of proposals, provide site visit information, and update the period of performance. The small business socio-economic set-aside requirement is changed from a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside to a total small business set-aside. The proposal due date is extended through July 15, 2026, 1:00pm EDT. New site visit information is provided as attachment 0014.
