A revised Statement of Work (SOW) is now attached to the solicitation. 2. BOTTOM LINE UP FRONT (BLUF) The amended SOW significantly expands the required scope of work to include on-site installation and demolition. The most significant changes driving this expanded scope include: Expanded Scope (Installation & Demolition): The contractor must now handle the removal and disposal of the existing equipment and execute the full installation of the newly fabricated cabinets. Detailed Utility Access Points: Precise, documented dimensions are now provided for utility holes. The contractor must pre-drill these access points in the stainless steel top and backsplash for coffee machines, soda fountains, and water/ice machines. Internal Configurations: The internal housing specifications have been updated. This includes specific appliance placement and a new requirement for a pull-out bottom shelf to accommodate the bag-in-the-box (BIB) syrup system. Defined Responsibilities: The SOW establishes clear boundaries for demolition, installation, and utility connections between the Contractor, Government personnel (Civil Engineering *Note: The overall cabinet dimensions, material requirements, and mobility specifications (casters) remain unchanged.* 4.
